Brief introduction
This testing machine is a bottom mounted hydraulic universal testing machine, with the testing space adjusted by sprockets and chains. The oil cylinder piston adopts a clearance fit method, and the main body mechanism adopts a four column and double screw structure. The main body has high rigidity and good stability; The sample clamping is done by hydraulic clamping, and the sample loading is manually controlled. Mainly used for tensile, compressive, bending, shear and other tests of metal materials and non-metallic materials such as cement, concrete, plastic, etc. Adding simple attachments can complete mechanical performance tests on steel strands, wire ropes, chains, welding electrodes, tapes, and components. This testing machine is designed and manufactured according to the national GB/T3159-2008 "Hydraulic Universal Testing Machine". We use precision oil pressure sensors to measure force, electronic extensometers to test small deformations of samples, photoelectric encoders to test large deformations of samples, and computers to process and calculate data. We have functions such as displaying and storing test data, curve drawing and analysis, and printing results.
