WAW-2000E Microcomputer Controlled Electro Hydraulic Servo Hydraulic Universal Testing Machine

Brief introduction

The WAW-E series microcomputer controlled electro-hydraulic servo universal testing machine is mainly used for testing the mechanical properties of metal materials such as tension, compression, and bending. With the addition of simple accessories, it can be used to test cement, concrete, bricks, tiles, rubber, and their products.
This machine consists of a high-strength main engine with four columns and double screw oil cylinders, and a piano style oil source control cabinet. The oil pump adopts a low-noise and high-performance gear pump imported from Italy. The stretching space is located above the host, and the compression and bending tests are located below the host, between the middle crossbeam and the workbench. The adjustment of the experimental space is achieved by moving the middle crossbeam, and the lifting of the middle crossbeam is driven by a chain. Computer fully automatic closed-loop control high-performance electro-hydraulic proportional servo valve is used to complete tensile, compression, bending and other tests on various materials. After the experiment is completed, the experimental results of FM, REH, REL, RPO.2, RP1, RM, and elastic modulus E of the material will be automatically taken.

2、 Function Introduction

1. The specially designed ultra thick jaw seat fully accommodates the jaw inside the jaw seat when clamping the sample, making the sample clamping more reliable and eliminating the possibility of trumpet shaped deformation and damage due to shallow jaw seat, greatly improving the service life of the equipment.
2. A wear-resistant lining plate has been added between the jaw seat and the jaw clamping plate to prevent the phenomenon of oxide scale falling in during metal stretching, which may cause scratches on the inclined surface of the jaw seat, making the clamping process smoother and the addition more reliable.
3. It has multiple control modes such as constant stress, constant strain, constant displacement, tensile control, program editor, etc., and various control modes can be smoothly switched freely during the experimental process.
4. The measurement and control software is based on the Chinese Windows XP operating system platform, with fast running speed, gentle interface, menu prompts, mouse operation, multiple sample information input modes, and can meet the testing needs of different materials. For samples with the same conditions, batch generation can be automatically generated with one input, and condition templates can also be created.
5. After the experiment is automatically completed, the sample information, test data, test curves, etc. are automatically stored.
6. Automatically switch to the appropriate range based on the magnitude of the test force or material deformation to ensure the accuracy of the test data measurement.
7. The loading status and test curve of test data (test force, displacement, deformation) are dynamically displayed on the screen in real-time during the test process.
8. According to actual needs, stress-strain, force displacement, force time, displacement time curves can be selected for display, analysis, and printing.
9. It has two modes of automatic and manual analysis of test results, and only the mouse can be used to find the relevant corresponding points of the test results on the test curve.
10. Users can edit standard text report formats or EXCEL text report formats according to their actual needs
