The oil in the oil tank is sucked into the oil pump through the filter screen, and then sent to the oil delivery valve through the oil pump's oil delivery pipe. When the oil delivery handwheel is closed, the piston is pushed open by the oil pressure, and the oil flows back to the oil tank from the return pipe. When the oil delivery handwheel is opened, the oil enters the working cylinder through the oil pipe, and then flows back to the oil tank through the pressure oil pipe and the return valve body.

1. Unscrew the oil return valve to lower the lower pressure plate and remove the crushed sample.

2. Record the required load values and lift the drawing pen.

3. After crushing the sample, close the oil delivery valve and stop the oil pump motor.

4. According to the test requirements, slowly open the oil delivery valve and perform the loading test.

5. Start the crossbeam motor to lower the upper pressing plate to about 10mm away from the sample, and then rotate the handwheel on the crossbeam to make contact between the upper pressing plate and the surface of the sample.

6. Adjust the active and passive needles to zero and close the oil delivery valve.

7. Start the oil pump, unscrew the oil delivery valve, and make the wheels of the lower pressure plate about 10mm away from the track.

9. According to the required measurement range of the sample, hang or remove the corresponding pendulum rod, and align the engraved line on the buffer valve handle with the marking line.

10. Push the lower pressure plate into the testing machine and align it with the center.

11. Turn on the main switch and place the sample on the lower pressure plate.
