The digital spring testing machine is a device that performs strength testing and analysis on precision springs, including tension, pressure, displacement, and stiffness.

The digital spring testing machine can be divided into manual spring tension and compression testing machine, fully automatic spring tension and compression testing machine, and microcomputer controlled spring tension and compression testing machine according to its operation mode.

2、 The main structure of the product:

1. Host: This part consists of a workbench, fixtures, etc. The overall spatial structure of the machine is reasonable, the appearance is beautiful, and it ensures that the host has sufficient rigidity and high coaxiality and other operational accuracy indicators. It has functions such as adjustable speed and automatic testing.                                                                                            

2. Transmission system: The speed control system controls the rotation of the CNC motor, and through the transmission part, completes mechanical performance tests such as tensile and compressive tests on the sample.   

3. Drive system: The testing machine is driven by a CNC motor with high speed regulation accuracy and stable performance. The speed control system and transmission system ensure that the test speed adjustment range is within 1-300mm/min.                                      

Parameter (pressure and displacement) measurement and control system: This system is a microcontroller developed and produced by our company to control and collect data. It realizes digital display of peak tensile pressure and sample compression displacement, and is easy to operate.
