1、 Product Description
The C-type impact testing machine is a new product developed in strict accordance with the national standard GB/T3808-2002 "Inspection of Pendulum Impact Testing Machines", which updates and replaces the B-type impact testing machine. Conduct impact testing according to the national standard GB/T229 "Charpy notch impact test method for metals". This series of impact testing machines is used to test the impact resistance performance of metal materials under dynamic loads, and is an essential testing instrument for metallurgical, mechanical manufacturing and other units. The sample cross-section of 10 × 10mm is mainly used for testing black metals with high impact toughness, especially steel and its alloys. This machine adopts double column support, which improves the rigidity of the impact machine, ensures the accuracy of the test data, and greatly improves the service life of the testing machine. The maximum impact energy of this machine is 500J, and it has the advantages of high work efficiency, high positioning accuracy, and reliable indication. Therefore, it is particularly suitable for cold impact testing in conjunction with low-temperature tanks for impact testing. This machine adopts a three-phase four wire 380V power supply and is also suitable for three-phase five wire power supply.
2、 Function Introduction
1. Adopting PC microcomputer control, electric swing, impact, microcomputer measurement, calculation, screen digital display results can be printed, etc., with high work efficiency and testing accuracy. After impacting the sample, the remaining energy can be used to automatically swing and prepare for the next test. The operation is simple and the work efficiency is high. Its superiority can be better demonstrated in laboratories that conduct continuous impact tests and in industries such as metallurgy and mechanical manufacturing that conduct a large number of impact tests. Computers can calculate and display the impact absorption energy, impact toughness, pendulum swing angle, and test average value of materials, and can print the test data and average value for the current test.
2. The host adopts double support, spindle simply supported beam type support, hanging pendulum, and reasonable radial load distribution of bearings, especially for a large number of impact machines, to reduce spindle deformation and greatly reduce energy loss caused by bearing friction.

3、 Structural features and advantages:
The pendulum shaft of the simply supported beam impact machine is supported by a simply supported beam method. The pendulum shaft at the hanging part is supported by bearings at both ends, and the pendulum is hung in the middle position of the pendulum shaft.
