1、 Overview:

The WDW-H series microcomputer controlled ring stiffness testing machine is the latest generation of microcomputer controlled testing machines developed by our company. The design of the testing machine's main body and auxiliary equipment has the characteristics of beautiful appearance, easy operation, stable and reliable performance. The computer control system controls the motor rotation through the speed regulation system, and then decelerates it through the deceleration system to drive the moving crossbeam up and down, completing mechanical performance tests such as ring stiffness of the sample. The computer can automatically control the entire experimental process and has the function of maintaining test force. This series of products is pollution-free, has low noise, high efficiency, and has a very wide speed range and beam movement distance. It is mainly used for testing force, deformation, ring stiffness, ring flexibility, and bending strength of large PVC plastic pipes, fiberglass pipes, and sand filled fiberglass pipes; By adding other fixtures, mechanical performance tests such as tensile, compressive, and bending of metal and non-metal materials can be conducted. Multiple sensors can also be equipped to achieve a wider measurement range. Widely applicable in various experimental fields such as quality supervision, teaching and research, aerospace, steel metallurgy, non-ferrous metals, automobiles, rubber and plastics, fiberglass, woven materials, etc.

The testing machine adopts a servo speed control system with high speed regulation accuracy and stable performance, and a motor as the driving system; The specially designed synchronous toothed belt reduction system drives the movement of the testing machine's moving crossbeam; The control and data processing software based on database technology using Windows XP and Windows 7 as operating platforms adopts virtual instrument technology instead of traditional digital tubes and oscilloscopes, realizing screen display of test force, test force peak value, beam displacement, sample deformation, and test curve. All test operations can be completed on the computer screen by mouse input, with a good human-machine interface and convenient operation; It can automatically calculate technical indicators such as ring stiffness and ring flexibility of materials based on standards, and can also print data reports.
