1、 Main purpose and scope of use

The microcomputer controlled universal testing machine for artificial boards can test and analyze various mechanical performance indicators of artificial boards such as plywood, particleboard, medium density fiberboard, and decorative artificial boards. This product is widely used in the wood deep processing industry and artificial board production enterprises. It can automatically obtain conventional test data such as internal bonding strength, static bending strength, bending elastic modulus, surface bonding strength, bonding strength, and screw grip strength according to the national standard GB/T17657-1999 "Test Methods for Physical and Chemical Properties of Artificial Boards and Decorative Artificial Boards". This equipment is an essential testing device for manufacturing enterprises, construction units, product quality supervision and inspection institutes, and building materials product testing departments. It is also suitable for demonstration experiments for students in higher education institutions.

2、 Function Introduction

1. Automatic shutdown: After the sample breaks, the moving crossbeam automatically stops moving

3. Condition module: The experimental process control data and sample conditions can be made into modules, which facilitates the calling of batch experiments;

5. Automatic calibration: The system can automatically calibrate the accuracy of the displayed values;

6. Automatic saving: After the experiment is completed, the experimental data and curves are automatically saved;

7. Process implementation: The experimental process, measurement, display, and analysis are all completed by a microcomputer;

8. Batch experiment: For samples with the same parameters, they can be sequentially completed after one setting;

9. Experimental software: Chinese WINDOWS interface, menu prompts, mouse operation;

10. Display mode: Data and curves are dynamically displayed during the experimental process;

11. Curve traversal: After the experiment is completed, the curve can be reanalyzed, and the experimental data corresponding to any point on the curve can be found with the mouse;

12. Curve selection: force deformation, force time, deformation time and other curves can be selected as needed for display and printing;

14. Limit protection: It has two levels of limit protection: programmable and mechanical;
