Brief introduction

The WDW-300T herringbone rubber spring test bench is designed to test the performance of herringbone rubber springs for bogies in the maintenance warehouse of Xi'an large machinery. It can also be used to test the performance of emergency springs and other shock-absorbing rubber parts, accurately testing the hardness and pressure deformation of rubber parts. The computer system uses a fully digital controller to control the rotation of servo motors through a speed regulation system. In addition, it is equipped with a wide variety of test attachments, which have a very broad application prospect in the mechanical performance testing of metal, non-metal, composite materials, and products.

The herringbone rubber spring test bench is made of high-quality steel to ensure sufficient strength and stiffness. The test bench includes the following parts: computer, electric lifting platform, compression accessories, electrical control cabinet, measurement and control electrical box, etc.

(1) Capable of testing the compression and lateral shear performance of a series of springs and other shock-absorbing rubber components.

(2) The test bench is equipped with corresponding fixtures, and the system has a movable workbench with sufficient space to ensure smooth loading and unloading of parts and fixtures.

(3) The vertical load size can be adjusted arbitrarily.

(4) When a vertical load is applied, the vertical pre compression displacement or load can be freely adjusted and maintained unchanged.

(5) The entire work process can be controlled according to the program and can be manually controlled.
